摘要:
本文针对高瓦斯矿井王坡煤矿大断面厚煤层巷道3205回风巷道为研究对象,分析了高瓦斯和大断面煤巷围岩稳定性对巷道安全高效掘进的影响,提出了巷道走向超前钻孔和瓦斯释放孔协同作用的边掘边抽瓦斯防治措施,以及高预应力高强度锚杆索支护技术。现场实践表明:该技术有效杜绝了巷道掘进面和回风流瓦斯浓度超限现象,保证了巷道围岩的稳定性,实现了高瓦斯大断面煤巷的安全快速掘进。

Abstract:
Based on the 3205 return air roadway of thick seam and large section in Wangpo coal mine of high gas, it analyzes how the high gas and surrounding rock stability of large section coal roadway affect the safe and efficient drifting, and proposes the gas prevention and control measures of synergistic effect between ahead drilling toward the roadway and gas release hole, as well as supporting technology of high pre-stressed and high strength bolt and anchor. Site practical show that the technology effectively put an end to the gas concentration transfinite phenomenon of tunneling face and return current, and guarantee the stability of the surrounding rock, which realize the rapid and safety excavation of high gas coal roadway with large section.
